Rick Newton is CEO and President of International Solutions, Inc. and a Director of Facility Insurance Corporation. Mr. Newton is also President of CN International, a holding company having several investments in insurance entities which also provide advisory services to troubled insurance operators.

Rick has worked in the insurance industry both in the United States and Europe for over 30 years. His experience covers the development of corporate strategies and execution of business expansion plans by organic growth and/or acquisition, including public companies.

Mr. Newton has been involved in the Restructuring of troubled insurance operations for over 25 years leading many successful run-off projects. He has developed creative structures involving carefully planned reinsurance e programs in support of restructured run-off companies, acquisitions, divestiture and governmental privatizations.

Kathleen Thompson, Executive Vice-President of Claims, has over 30 year of insurance related claims experience.

Ms. Thompson began her career as an adjuster trainee after receiving her degree and has held management positions at Cigna and Crum & Forster.

In 1987, Ms. Thompson accepted a position with a Third Party Administrator which resulted in the opening of a Dallas office with expansion to multiple states. During this time, Kathleen developed transitional work programs for employers, both in the Workers' Compensation and Non-Subscriber areas.

In 1998, Ms. Thompson was named to manage the claims department of the Texas Assigned Risk Pool. In 1999, the operation was outsourced to International Solutions.

Kevin Preston, Vice-President has enjoyed a 30 year career in various capacities of the insurance industry. Mr. Preston initially joined International Solutions in 1997, and rejoined the International Solutions team in late 2010.

His expertise is in the financial, accounting and operational management of insurance entities. As an executive officer at various stages of the insurance chain – insurance company, professional reinsurer, and agency – Mr. Preston has a broad based perspective of the operational issues facing insurance entities, including:

• Insurance company and Agency operations
• Escrow and Trust Accounts
• Financial Reporting - GAAP and Statutory accounting
• Insurance company regulatory reporting and compliance
• Insurance systems conversions and installation
• Reinsurance – contract administration, assumed, ceded, letters of Credit and collateral management
